Loads of calls come through from numbers beginning like this and every single one has been flagged as a scam.

I picked up the call to find a woman mumbling away on the other end. All I could hear was a faint voice intertwined with what sounded like a strong gust of wind. After I mentioned, “I’m sorry, I can’t make out what you’re saying, it’s far too blustery,” she simply hung up. It leads me to suspect that it’s likely a fresh scammer who got a bit flustered when confronted. Come on chaps, you really need to recruit a more competent lot!

Received a call purporting to be from O2, inquiring if I was facing any issues with reception in my locality. Curious thing is, I don't even have a contract with them!
