This guy said he was from the NHS and wanted to talk to my mum, but she’s actually passed away. I told him that straight up and he just cut me off and ended the call. Absolutely awful behaviour!

somebody rang me claiming to be from the nhs, asking questions about recent covid or flu jabs and if i'd experienced any side effects or needed help. then out of nowhere they started asking about my life insurance! i just ended the call, really annoyed that cold callers pretend to be nhs just to push insurance.
