Just got a call from some bloke saying that my windows were more than 10 years old and I could get some kind of finance for new ones. When I asked how he knew, he said his system was top notch. Then I asked about my kitchen age and he said it was fairly new, which it is, but how on earth would he know that? I then asked about the loft insulation and he claimed it had been in place for over 10 years. Asked again where he got all this info from, and he said Everest had done it, but I’m pretty sure they haven’t. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
