This bloke said he was a BT engineer, trying to “fix” my router and asking if he could get into my computer and phone remotely. I told him I didn’t have that set up, and then he started swearing at me, calling me some nasty names and yelling really aggressively. He even threatened me, all because I wouldn’t let him do what he wanted. Proper unpleasant experience.
