My wife’s had a couple of similar calls before, so she told him straight up she wouldn’t give any details and if TalkTalk needed to get in touch, they could send a letter like they usually do. The bloke started threatening to cut off our service and claimed he was an engineer, saying my wife clearly wasn’t.
