So this bloke called me, said his name was Tom, and started going on about how my loft insulation wasn’t up to scratch. He said it’s been in the news loads lately, causing damp and mould. He seemed proper shocked I hadn’t heard of it and when I asked why he was calling me, he just kept telling me I wasn’t listening. I kept him chatting while I went to get my loft certificate. When I said I was ready to hear him out because I had it in front of me, he just hung up. Tried calling him back but the number showed up as unknown.
