Got a call on 17th March 2020 from someone called "Tom" about issues with loft insulation that I don’t actually have installed. He said they wanted to do a survey today due to some condensation problems they’re aware of. Tried changing his story a few times but wouldn’t say which company he was from. Felt pretty dodgy to me.
