I got a call that showed the number coming from Berwick-upon-Tweed. A person with a Scandinavian accent asked if they could speak to me, then claimed to be calling from a healthcare service. I ended up hanging up, but then I accidentally called back, only to find the number was no longer working.

Beware of this caller! He seems quite dodgy and is attempting to fish for personal and health-related details. This chap, who had an Indian accent, had the nerve to use my complete name! He claimed to be reaching out on behalf of the UK’s Department of Health and Welfare. Stay vigilant!

I find it incredibly bothersome to receive these calls nearly on a daily basis.

I'm so over these calls, seriously. As soon as I block one number, another really close one pops up and it's the same rubbish every time. Honestly, the people behind these calls must have way too much spare time and not much going on upstairs.

Got a call this morning around 8:30 from someone claiming to be from the health department, talking about my COVID jabs and boosters. They said it was great I'd done all mine, but then suddenly asked if I had life insurance. I just ended the call straight away - seemed like they were just trying to sell me something. I've blocked the number since.

I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from the Dept of Health & Welfare. I asked if it was connected to the NHS or some government office, but she said no and then just ended the call. I tried calling the number again but from another phone, keeping my number private, only to get an automated message saying the number was terminated because of some breach of conditions. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Got two calls from the same number, picked up the second time and it was an Indian guy asking for me. He said he was from the health department, so I asked him for my postcode and he actually knew it. Then he went on for about half a minute talking about flu vaccines and stuff before just hanging up. Pretty sure it’s a scam or something dodgy, so I’ve blocked the number now.
