They’d rang before on 23/09/2020. We have a recorded message on our phone saying we’re on TPS - so this is at least their second time hearing that.

They promise a FREE loft survey to see if your insulation is up to date, but it’s just a sales pitch in disguise. Usually when you answer there’s silence for a bit until some call centre rep picks up, which is a big warning sign. Just be firm and say no thanks, then hang up. Definitely warn any older family members not to fall for it or let these folks in - they’ll scam them without a second thought.
