For some reason, this number has been calling me twice every day, and it only began on the 5th January 2015. I have no idea who they are or how to make it stop! When I try to call back, the woman’s voice is really hard to catch, and you get an option saying something like "Press 1 if you don’t want any more calls from this number." I’ve pressed 1 loads of times already but they’re still ringing me nonstop! Seriously, can someone make them stop? It’s driving me mad!

Somebody rang my missus on her Vodafone phone saying they were from Vodafone and could switch her from pay-as-you-go to a contract deal. She said no thanks, but after that she couldn’t ring anyone out and all her incoming calls just went straight to voicemail. We went to our nearby Vodafone store and they’re looking into it because somehow her number got switched over to a contract under some other person’s name. Just a heads up, this is definitely a scam!

I phoned them back and got a recorded message saying it was Vodafone. The voice was a bit crackly, which surprised me since you’d expect a big company like them to have better quality. I got a call from someone claiming to be Vodafone, and they asked for my address straight away. They said the call was being recorded and then tried to sell me a new phone. She kept putting me on hold to "check with her manager." When I told her I wasn’t keen on the Nokia, she actually called back five minutes later pushing an HTC instead, saying she had one with her and could do it for £11.20 a month. Then she said she’d ring me again tomorrow evening at 6:30 to follow up because I mentioned I don't have a steady monthly income. I’m really worried she might try to hack my phone or something.
