We've already told Sky where to go because honestly, they’re rubbish - never rewarded loyal customers and their packages just didn’t deliver. We’ve switched to BT now, way better and cheaper too. I got a call from 01332387206 around 6.42 in the evening. Picked up the phone but there was absolutely nothing on the other end. I said hello a couple of times but still nothing. After a bit I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. Later on, I looked it up online and found this site. It’s a bit suspicious since I recently cancelled my Sky deal but then signed up again a few days later because the new offer was better. With all these cold calls like PPI claims and so on, it seems like there’s loads of numbers starting with 01332 doing the rounds. Luckily, I’ve got a good blocklist on my phone so I can shut down thousands of them easily.

Just finished a strange phone call where a woman asked if I’d stopped my direct debit to Sky because I’d cancelled my subscription. Then she asked if I wanted to lower it, I said no, and she said goodbye and ended the call. Felt a bit off, so I checked with my bank to confirm my direct debit was cancelled, then rang Sky myself. Sky said they never tried to contact me and that to access my account they’d need a personal code, which no one’s entered. So it seems it was a scam. Had I said I’d already cancelled the direct debit, I reckon they’d have asked for my bank details to restart the payment. Same if I’d said I wanted to keep Sky, they probably would've tried to take money from me. Be careful, these scammers want one thing only - to scam your money. Never ever give your bank or card details over the phone!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Sky, and they even used my name. I recently cancelled my Sky subscription and started getting calls from this number claiming to be about my 'final bill'. Being cautious after reading some of the comments here, I refused to give any details and asked why their caller ID didn't show Sky. The woman on the other end got a bit annoyed and said they'd keep calling regardless. Just to be sure, I rang Sky myself and asked if there was anything outstanding about my account. The rep checked and assured me everything was settled and that Sky hadn’t made those calls. So I’ve just blocked the number now. It could possibly be some kind of retention team but definitely nothing to do with the actual final bill. Don’t share your info with them!

They said it was about some important service updates or something, but I didn’t trust it. Even after blocking the number, they keep ringing me, this time saying they are calling from Derby. Proper annoying!

This number has rung me twice today, both times there was that typical busy call-centre noise in the background. Each call got cut off pretty quickly so I couldn't catch who it was.
