I recently reached out to a company named Greenstar Energy for assistance in comparing gas and electricity options. I must say, their service felt exceptionally welcoming, and the representative I spoke with was remarkably courteous.

I'm being bombarded by Flow Energy over these estimated bills. I was happily on a direct debit arrangement until they suddenly decided to hike my monthly payment by £28 without a second thought. When I suggested a compromise to settle on £70 rather than the £88 they were demanding, they flatly refused. Now, I'm stuck paying my bills each month via debit card, which they seem to dislike, and they've even urged me to switch to a different supplier. Unfortunately, I'm still tied into their contract for a few more months, so that's not an option right now. Their customer service has been absolutely dreadful—best to steer clear and choose another energy provider if you can.

Received a call around half past three in the afternoon. I could hear a woman with a British accent chatting to someone briefly for just a couple of seconds before she abruptly hung up. Quite odd, really!
