In the past five minutes, I’ve received a barrage of calls that were quite relentless. When I did pick up the phone, the person on the other end just sat there in silence. Very peculiar, to say the least!

Again, they attempted to transfer me to a supervisor, but once more I was left in limbo, so I decided to hang up again.
