She asked how I was doing, but when I tried to ask who she was or where she was calling from, she just said it was about life insurance. Sounded dodgy to me, so I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away. Definitely felt like one of those spam or scam calls.

They’ve rung me a few times before, and whenever I tell them I’ll check my account, they seem fine with that. Sure enough, there’s always been some payment I had completely forgotten about that I needed to sort out.
