When I told them I hadn’t been in any accidents - simply none at all - they then probed about whether anyone else in my household had experienced a crash. Seeing as I live solo, I had to inform them that wasn’t applicable either. They quickly declared there must have been a mix-up with their records and just hung up on me. Honestly, I'd recommend steering clear of these sorts of calls if you can.
