11 yearsGot a call from this number today saying I'd been in a "road accident" - which is total rubbish, I've not had an accident at all. Told the woman it’s against the law to cold call trying to drum up business like that, but she claimed they had the Ministry of Justice’s approval. I said only if they actually knew an accident happened, not just ringing out of the blue. She got a bit weird when I asked to have my details removed and told me I should be polite about it! Then she asked for my address, which of course I wasn’t handing over. Tried to get their company name to report them; she said EMS but insisted it was all totally legit and I was just wasting my time. Blocked the number straight away.
