Got a call from this number at our workplace. I answered with our business name, and the woman claimed she was calling from the Pensions Service. When I mentioned we’re actually a company, she snapped that I should’ve said that straight away and accused me of being unprofessional. Then she just hung up on me. Tried ringing back to make a complaint but all they did was put me on hold endlessly.
