Got a call from a bloke named Matthew who said he was ringing from Oxford Energy Company about the insulation put in my loft.

picked up the phone and some guy said ‘hi this is martin, i’m ringing about the insulation put in last year’. but we never had any insulation done. i told him to get lost and hung up. the number looked local which made it sound like a genuine call. ###scam ###
