I picked up the phone and there was total silence, so I just ended the call.

Got a call about loft insulation supposedly causing condensation problems. They were pushing a free survey, saying it might be time since it’s been a while. Weird thing is, they couldn’t even tell when my insulation was last done or who I am! Bit dodgy if you ask me.
