Normally i just ignore calls from numbers I don’t know. This one showed as coming from abroad, but when I checked the ‘details’ bit it gave me this number instead.

somebody called claiming to be from the telephone preference service, saying they wanted to upgrade my number. when i told them i didn't want to answer any questions and asked if they could keep going, they just ended the call.
