Just block it and carry on with your day. You’ll notice they never bother to leave a voicemail, so I’d advise you not to answer if the number looks unfamiliar, even if it appears to be from your area. Let it ring out, and if you feel the need to call back, just remember to prefix your number with 141 for a bit of privacy.
