I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying she was calling on behalf of BT Openreach. She claimed their system indicated my internet wasn’t working properly and offered to guide me to fix it. She started asking about the gadgets I had at home. I told her I just use a mobile phone, then she wanted to know if it was an Apple or Android device. There was quite a bit of noise in the background, and I had to keep asking her to say things again. Eventually, I just hung up.
