I've just had a dodgy phone call, claiming to be from Amazon. The bloke on the other end said he was ringing about my so-called monthly subscription to Amazon Prime. The thing is, I've never even signed up for Amazon Prime! Clearly, this is a scam attempt.

Got a call from some bloke who said his name was David English, but the thick Indian accent totally gave him away. Really thought using a British-sounding surname would trick me? Yeah, right, not happening! Had to block him straight away, no time for that nonsense!

So I got a call from some bloke saying he was ringing from Carphone Warehouse. When I asked how he got my number, he said it came from 3, but I’m with giffgaff! Total scam if you ask me. Then a few minutes after hanging up, he phoned again and started swearing at me. Proper dodgy behaviour.

Today I got a call from someone who said his name was Sam White, but you could tell straight away he had a strong Indian accent. He claimed he was ringing from Three Network, offering me a discount on my phone bill! Quite dodgy if you ask me.

Got two calls from this number today. The first one only rang a few times, which was kinda suspicious, so I didn't pick up the second time when it called again. No voicemail left either. I checked who it was, and it’s definitely dodgy, a proper scam. My advice is don’t pick up and just block it straight away. Looks like they’re moving on up here in Scotland since maybe they aren’t making much from England anymore. Total nuisance.

Lately, I’ve been receiving numerous calls from various numbers in Buckingham. Whenever I pick up, they either hang up straight away or, if I manage to engage them, they purport to be from Carphone Warehouse. Quite frankly, there's absolutely no justification for me to be getting random calls from them, which leads me to seriously doubt the legitimacy of these calls. I reckon it’s a scam of some sort.
