Got a call claiming to be from O2, definitely a scam. They followed up with a text that looks legit at first glance since it seems to come from O2, which could easily fool someone. Apparently, they ask for a code they send you, which then lets them hack your account. The caller was awful at explaining anything, really hard to follow. Pretty clear scam vibes. Weirdly, the text actually includes a warning not to share any codes with callers and says they aren't O2 employees! So O2 tries to warn you, but can't seem to block the scam texts? Quite confusing overall.

She was going on about some so-called discount for staying loyal to them. The moment I mentioned that I realised it was a con, she abruptly terminated the call.
