I got a call on the 7th of March, 2024, at 9:42 am. An automated voice came on the line claiming to be from credit card security, but they didn’t mention which card it was. They alleged that there were two charges made on my card that very morning, one for £1,000 and another for £600. Since I hadn’t made those transactions and they didn’t sound familiar at all, I realised it was dodgy and chose to ignore it. Definitely a scam!
