My elderly mother received a voicemail from this number, stating the names of her grandson and my partner, suggesting there had been an accident. She's 87 years old and it absolutely shook her to the core, not to mention the immense worry it put me through until I managed to get in touch with my son. The individual behind this sinister call is truly reprehensible and should be brought to justice!

I received a rather peculiar call today from a chap with an Indian accent. He claimed to be contacting me regarding a car accident I supposedly had. Naturally, I quizzed him on the details, inquiring about the exact date of this incident. To my surprise, he abruptly hung up on me! Quite the odd encounter, I must say.

Received a call regarding a 'Car Accident' I supposedly had, from a bloke with a thick Indian accent. I asked him whether it was the Batmobile involved or perhaps Noddy’s little car? As soon as he figured out I wasn’t playing along with his nonsense, he grew quite agitated. I fired back, suggesting he ought to look for a proper job instead of conning unsuspecting folks on the weekend while they’re trying to enjoy time with their loved ones. Out of the blue, he started singing in Hindi! We ended the call, but when I attempted to dial 1471 to trace the number, it turned out the line was still open. We had to wait a good five minutes before we could use the phone again!
