From beginning to end, it all seemed dodgy and totally unprofessional.

I’ve experienced the same thing as many others have mentioned-pick up the phone, and they hang up instantly! Regarding the car warranty, I’m in a similar boat; mine is set to expire soon, and I’ve only had a mere two months of comprehensive cover with MY MOTOR PLUS. But here’s the kicker: just when I thought I was sorted, my car required a service after a short two months, and surprise, surprise-it's not included! So, my advice is to steer clear of this racket.

They kept ringing about car warranties, and I ended up speaking to this guy who sounded unbelievably sarcastic, just mocking me while saying he wanted to offer a quote. I told them straight up if they’ve got the nerve to ring back, I’ll literally blow a whistle down the phone, hoping it’ll drive their callers mad and stop them from bothering me again.
