Total scam alert! Someone somehow used Binance's phone number to send me a message, pretending I needed to enter a verification code because there had been a login attempt. The whole thing fell apart when the caller claimed the person trying to break in was “blacklisted.” I never gave my name or any details, so when I asked how he even knew who I was, he just said it was all sorted and then cut me off. Proper dodgy.

Some bloke rang me saying he was calling from Carphone Warehouse with an amazing offer. I mentioned it's a work phone and asked him to take me off their list. He outright refused, saying he wasn’t able to. I repeated myself about three times, but he kept saying no. In the end, I just ended the call and blocked the number.

There was a lot of background chat, like a call centre or something, when a bloke rang up trying to convince me to switch my mobile contract. He kept pushing, saying I wouldn't need to pay for my existing plan anymore, like it was some amazing offer. I tried to be polite and said I wasn't interested, but he wouldn’t let up, begging "Please miss, just listen, I can sort you a great deal!" Nah, I just said no cheers and blocked him.
