Received a call today from a number I didn't recognize, so I wisely chose to ignore it. Pleased I did, as I had a peek here afterwards. I likely will get more calls from them, but I’ve no intention of picking up the phone.

Picked up the call and was met with the typical call centre hold music, then a representative chimed in. I hung up before they had the chance to say anything.

Typically, I avoid picking up the phone for numbers that aren’t familiar, but today I made an exception. This particular number seems to ring me nearly every day, and I find it quite vexing. When I answered, a chap on the other end claimed he was from the National Survey and wanted to know if I had a moment to answer a few questions. I simply told him no, thanks.

After that, I often get a call from an 07 number that’s apparently registered as a landline in Germany, not a mobile. I've now decided to block them.

I received a call on Friday and when I picked up, the caller was chatting away to another person, so I didn’t say a word. Fast forward to today, they rang again, but I chose not to pick up. They then left a message trying to explain their identity and the reason for their call, but it was quite the struggle for them to even manage their name in between fits of laughter!

Received a national survey recently, but when I inquired about the purpose and how my responses would be utilized, there was no clear answer. So, I decided to block them.

Such irritating individuals! Just go ahead and block them!

They greeted me with a "hello," but I simply responded with a swift "goodbye."

PPI survey, just disregard it.

I've had to block yet another pesky call that just wouldn't quit!

A real bother, I must say!

Simply put, just add them to your blocked list.

I've been inundated with calls from what seems like an endless stream of numbers ever since I signed up for a competition supposedly from the Co-op. It turns out they’ve been pestering me with surveys about all sorts of things. When I tried to put a stop to it and asked the caller not to contact me again, the tone he used was rather off-putting. Quite annoying, really!

I didn’t even take the time to respond; I’m baffled as to how they acquired my number, as I’ve never shared it with anyone. Clearly, it’s been passed around! x

Just ignore and put them on the blocklist.
