I got a call from a consumer inquiries number the other day. When I tried to find out which part of the UK they were calling from, I ended up being put through to a recorded message that rattled off info super quick and it had nothing to do with what I asked. Proper confusing!

they spoke a bit of english but then just hung up on me abruptly
