I got a call around 10:20 this morning here in North Wales. There was loads of noise in the background like a busy call centre. I waited quietly for about ten seconds before I said, 'Who’s calling?' A rough sounding voice just said, 'Hello?' and then hung up straight away. Funny thing, I once spoke to a young med student from Nigeria about these calls. He told me they’re actually trained to make these sorts of calls to try and collect money for their studies!
