The caller didn’t leave a voicemail but I noticed my phone has already blocked this number, so it must have called me earlier.

It was a scam call. Someone rang and claimed my boiler insurance had run out and offered to renew it right then. They knew my name and where I live, but they clearly didn't realise we use electric heating and don’t even own a boiler.
