I got a call from 01273 762 467, Brighton on 27th August 2019 around 12:25pm. They had also rung me before on 1st August 2019. It was SKY insurance, but I’m not bothering with them anymore since their prices are way off - about £35 more than it should be. They’re ripping off every customer by £25 or so. Honestly, feels like outright theft to me. Proper bunch of crooks. Enough said.

My poor mother, who's well into her senior years, is being bombarded by these callers, sometimes ringing her as many as three times in a single day! Got a call about renewing my washing machine insurance. Told the bloke I'd already sorted it out with my current provider. He kept pushing, saying he could knock off 3%, maybe even 10 or 50% because they liked giving customers great bargains. Then before I knew it, he was like, "Right, just need some details to get started!" Told him to jog on pretty sharpish.

Got a call from someone saying they were Dave at Sky Protection Team, telling me my Sky subscription had expired. Problem is, I’ve never even had Sky! I did have a Homeguard policy before, but it wasn’t through Sky. She was really smooth, trying to get me to cough up £56.
