Got a call from 01273 696829. They addressed me by name and started talking about bitcoin. When I declined, they cut the line abruptly. Quite odd, to say the least!

After a brief silence of about ten seconds, the line crackled to life: “Is that-my name-? It’s your banker calling from the coin exchange.” I made it crystal clear previously that I didn’t wish to receive any calls from them... The voice was distinctly American and distinctly female.
