Got one of those washing machine insurance scam calls again. This bloke wouldn’t give up, so I kept asking him questions just to see where he’d go. When I didn’t bite, said I’d get some cancellation forms in the post within a few days. Honestly, do they reckon we’re all daft? I get loads of these calls and usually just block them, but somehow they always manage to ring me from a different number. Properly annoying!

Number didnt show up on BT Call Guard so I’m guessing it was probably a telemarketer or some fraud trying their luck. Either way, I’ve put the number on my block list now.

Sometimes the person on the other end tries to sell me insurance for my washing machine, but when I tell them I don't even own one, they quickly switch to offering me insurance for something else, like my TV. Other times, no one says a word, and all I catch at the end is a quiet "and goodbye". There are loads of similar numbers ringing me too, like 655 072 or 655 087, but this one is the main one. It's really annoying how often they call!
