Loads of annoying calls from insurance agents trying to sell me stuff.

I’m on the Telephone Preference Service and told them not to ring me with stuff like this, yet I just got a call from Best Insurance. I used to be with them ages ago but we went our separate ways and haven’t had any contact since. Honestly, after this, I doubt I’ll ever deal with them again. The fact they’re digging up old clients like me kinda makes me think they’re struggling to get new business.

I received a call from someone who wouldn't engage in conversation at all. Strangely enough, I could make out the sound of a lot of people chatting away in the background. It definitely seemed like they were in a bustling environment.
