Then this bloke said they were linked with the water company or something. I told him straight up it didn’t sound legit and to stop ringing me. Got a call just before 11 this morning, answered and they just cut off straight away. This isn't the first time either, they've called me a couple of times before. When I tried ringin’ them back, they put me on hold with some music and a voice saying my call matters, but no info on who they were or what they wanted. I’ve been registered with the TPS for ages now, so what’s the point if calls like this still get through? Feels like the TPS doesn’t do much at all!

I didn't know the number, so I just let my answerphone deal with it. As soon as the voicemail started, the caller hung up straight away. After that, I looked the number up on Google and found this site. Seems like it was smart to be a bit careful about it.

Got a call at 10:24 this morning from a woman claiming to be with Sky, saying my Skybox warranty was nearly up. I told her it wasn’t working anymore (which is right), then she just cut me off without another word.

Today, I got a call from a lady who spoke very clearly and even mentioned my name, telling me that my Sky TV repair cover was up for renewal. Thing is, I haven't had anything like that for years. Earlier, I also had a call from a man with an Asian accent asking to speak to whoever holds the Sky TV account, but he didn't seem to know my name at all. Quite odd, honestly.
