I received a call from a company claiming I’d been in a car accident, which is completely untrue. When I requested that they take my number off their records, I was met with utter rudeness - they basically told me to get lost. The caller identified himself as Ryan.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from 'Auto Assist' - not the Automobile Association, mind you! When I inquired about how they managed to get my number, since I take care not to share it, the line suddenly went dead. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
