I received a rather dubious call today, 17th September 2019. The caller claimed that my washing machine warranty was expired and offered to renew it for me. I informed them that I'd already taken care of it, to which they abruptly terminated the call. Quite rude, I must say. Curious, I phoned the number back and was met with a pre-recorded greeting: "Welcome to It's OK, please hold while we connect you to the next advisor." Realising I was dealing with a potentially dodgy outfit, I opted to hang up instead of waiting. It's clearly a scam of some sort, which is why I’m trying to see if anyone else has had similar experiences with these callers - their name was ‘IT’S OKAY.’

I had a bit of a run-in with a washing machine cover that I ultimately decided against. It just wasn't what I was after, if I'm honest!
