Got a call today, 17/09/19, about my washing machine warranty supposedly ending and if I wanted to renew it. I told them I'd already sorted that and they just cut me off straight away, really rude. When I rang the number back, an automated voice came on saying, "Welcome to It's Ok, please hold for the next advisor." I just hung up after hearing that name, makes it sound dodgy. Feels like a scam, so I’ve been trying to see if others have had the same calls from “ITS OKAY” too.

I had a bit of a run-in with a washing machine cover that I ultimately decided against. It just wasn't what I was after, if I'm honest!
