The woman already had my name and address, saying she was calling to renew my washing machine warranty - which I know expired ages ago. I asked her which brand, and she said Hotpoint. I told her we don’t have a Hotpoint, it’s a Beko! She kinda said sorry but then just ended the call before she even properly finished apologising!
