Answered this call first time it rang, and there was a foreign bloke just saying hello over and over. I replied the same way. After that he said the connection was poor and that he’d call back on a different number. I told him ‘no need’ and he didn’t call again... until yesterday and twice today. Not answering anymore, blocked straight away.

Got a call saying I finished a survey on 24th Sept 18 and won a £1000 voucher to redo a room in my home - totally made up story. They just hung up on me as soon as I mentioned I rent my place.

they keep calling saying theyre from o2, just wasting my time and really annoying, honestly they should be stopped somehow

Got a call right during a church service on Sunday (should really turn phones off!!) and this Scottish woman just kept saying ‘Hello’. I ended up telling her I’d already done the survey - which was a fib - and that I was one of ten folks who’d won a voucher. Told her she should give it to Children in Need instead. Honestly, these callers should face some kind of punishment for harassment.

Got a call from someone on a Sunday afternoon claiming I’d done a survey recently (which I definitely hadn’t) and won £1000. They even knew my name and full address! I told them I hadn’t entered anything. Then they switched to saying it was a voucher for a new kitchen or bedroom. Pretty sure it’s just another scam. I told them no thanks, hung up, and blocked the number. It’s so frustrating! How on earth do they get hold of my info?

Never heard of anyone in Crewe so I just ignored it. They only let it ring a few times, so I figured it was one of those annoying autodialer calls. Blocked the number straight away now.

Sounds like a typical catalogue company to me. I ordered something and paid with my card, then about an hour later they phoned up offering free lottery tickets. I politely declined. The stuff I ordered turned up fine, but on the invoice it mentioned 20 lottery tickets would be sent later. Now I’m just hoping I don’t get charged for them, as I definitely don’t want or need them. Nothing comes free these days, that’s for sure.
