Beware, 07655 766576 is linked to a life insurance con. I got a ring from someone called James on that number, who first checked if I was free to chat, then promised someone would call me back about lowering my life insurance costs. Later on, Brendan picked up, rattled off some spiel about cutting my premiums. But when he asked for my DOB “for security reasons,” I asked him to say who he was working for first - next thing, he hung up on me.

I got a call about life insurance, and the person was really polite about it. When I told them I wasn’t really interested, they just wished me a nice day and said they’d take my number off their list, even though I hadn’t asked them to. Quite considerate, actually.
