Got a phone call from this number just the other day. The chap on the other end used my first name right away, saying, "Is that...". To be honest, his intro was all jumbled and I couldn’t make out what he was on about, so I had to ask him to clarify which department he was calling from. He responded with, "I’m from the review department." Naturally, I was curious and pressed on with, "Review of what exactly?" but before I could get an answer, he just cut the line. It’s incredibly frustrating! If he’d had any genuine purpose for the call, he would have elaborated instead of darting off like that.

They attempted to suggest they collaborated with Legal and General, which might mislead the unaware into believing they were affiliated, although they later confessed to being an independent financial entity. As soon as I caught wind of that nonsense, I firmly instructed the chap on the other end to clear off and ended the call. It's likely they’ve nabbed data from Legal and General, which really irks me; I reckon I’ll be giving Legal and General a piece of my mind as well! Don't hold back-make it clear to them that they're just another set of con artists.
