They said they were ringing from Insure 4 Less, claiming to act for big insurers because my policy needed a review. They didn’t actually know who my insurer was or when I started the policy - which was only a few months ago, so no review was necessary. Felt like they were just trying to get info to push some sales. I’d say best to just ignore them, tell them to take you off their list, and don’t give out any info (seems like all they have is your name and phone number anyway).

I received a rather bothersome call from someone purporting to update me on life insurance policies, inquiring whether I had any coverage. I kindly informed him that I was already insured and had no interest in his suggestions. Yet, he persisted in trying to sell me something, so I firmly stated that his call was unwelcome and requested he remove my number from their list. Despite my clear intentions, he continued rambling on, so I ended the conversation on my end. At least the number wasn’t concealed, but these intrusions from pushy salespeople who disregard your wishes are rather frustrating. They ought to be curtailed - the caller in question was 'Insure for Less'.

Received a rather dodgy call today. The individual on the other end insisted I verify my address and then proceeded to make some rather alarming threats about bombing my residence if I didn’t purchase life insurance.
