I just got a call from a lady speaking super fast with a thick Indian accent, saying she was from BT. She kept going on about how my internet was in danger because of viruses or something like that. It felt a bit off to me.

Just like others have said, it’s definitely a BT scam. I rang the Information Commissioner’s Office to report it and when I mentioned to the woman on the phone - who sounded Indian - that I was going to do that, she just cut me off straight away!

I got a call from 01259 800240, and honestly, the connection was awful. A lady with a really strong Indian accent said she was calling on behalf of BT about my internet line. Total rubbish, if you ask me.

I got another call about some broadband offer, total scammer stuff, really annoying.

Got a call saying something about my broadband being hacked, claimed it was from BT, but sounded like a load of rubbish. I just ended the call straight away. 29/3/2017 @ 09.29
