Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent but the line was horrible and really crackly, definitely not from Openreach.

I received a call purporting to be from BT Openreach, saying they needed to discuss my internet service. When I probed further for details, they abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious if you ask me!
