Had a phone call from someone claiming to be “John” from BT Openreach, saying my internet was infected with viruses or something. I just played along for a bit, then said honestly my computer was actually at work, and then they just dropped the call. This is the second time I’ve had a call like this today. The number showing up on my caller ID is different each time, but the story they tell is the same.
