I had a run in with National Communications, they’re working as an agent for Carphone Warehouse. They handed out an email to unsubscribe instead of letting you opt-out directly through the call system or voicemail. That’s a big no-no under OFCOM rules. If they can’t even sort that, I doubt they’re following TPS or GDPR properly at all.

When I enquired about the purpose of their call, the chap rather rudely accused me of labelling him a scammer and told me to 'F off!'
