I received a couple of calls earlier on regarding ads for doctor's appointment reminders. So, I decided to get in touch with the surgery, and it turns out they are familiar with this company called MLP Media. It seems legitimate enough, but I must mention that my business number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service. Just thought I’d share this experience!

I received a sales call even though I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service. I’ve lodged a complaint with them. The caller mentioned that they obtained my number through BACP.

I received a call from 01257 412120. At first, it appeared to be legitimate (don’t they all present that illusion?), but now it’s rather unsettling. They claimed they wanted to chat about promoting our business. Regrettably, we agreed to it. Since then, I’ve been bombarded with another eight calls from them or similar numbers while we were out and about, including this one. We'll be sending them packing as soon as they show up.
