I said hello and was left waiting ages for a reply, then the call just ended out of nowhere.

I got a call from this number and after hanging on for ages, someone finally picked up. It was a woman with an Indian accent who claimed she was from BT. I wasn’t convinced at all so I just ended up hanging up.
